                                                     My Attitude Toward Food

In general food is our basic needs, it is important to eat healthy food to develop our body. I cannot do anything without food.My eating habit is that i cook my food most of the time.However, our  basic needs keep changing as we are advance in our daily lives.Anyway i need to eat good food to keep healthy and develop our body.Therefore, I prefer home made cook foods, vegetables,and fruits. I shouldn't neglect my health were i can get all those good nutrition from them. I hardly to go to buy fast food or processed foods, because i don't think that food is healthy. That's why i cook my food very well. I like to buy fresh vegetables and fruits rather than fresh meats. Mostly,I do shop from Indian  store and sun food (. Asian store). Sometimes  I do my groceries shopping from Rainbow and Cubs store which is little more higher price than ethnic store.
                                       Is the food we eat healthy and safe?
I think I am eating healthy way. Organic food is good for our health since its free from Pesticide, and Antibiotic exposure. It's expensive too and i can't afford to buy organic at all. But for me, organic food is not that important, the more important is the way you eat and prepared. Such as eating  at least 3 meals a day, some snakes, vegetables, and fruits. I wash them good before i cook and serve my family. I can say its healthy and safe if you cook well. The another important is meal planning like eat 3 meals a day.

I cook my food most of the time in order to protect my kids health and myself. I don't want them to eat unhealthy food out side such as fast food and processed food.
